FDI AND ADMINISTRATIVE DECENTRALIZATION: THE IMPORTANCE OF EMPOWERING LOCAL GOVERNMENTS

This study analyzed the relationships between administrative decentralization, empowering local governments, and attracting foreign direct investments (FDI) based on an online questionnaire completed by government officials in Uzbekistan.
